Titlemark started as an in-house tool for a team that underwrites property loans. Every new deal began the same way: one site for the title, another for sold prices, another for the lease, another for flood risk, and a spreadsheet to pull it together.

So we put it on one page. Search a property and the report brings back the title and lease, the owning company where there is one, the boundary, the value evidence, the risks and the local area, from HM Land Registry, Ordnance Survey, the EPC register, the Environment Agency and others.

We use it on live deals every day. Now we are opening it to other lenders, brokers and property professionals, priced so that you pay only for what you search.
